                     Intimations for Sunday 22nd July

USB Sticks : Would all Elders delivering USB sticks in their district please ensure that they are picked up again and returned into John Kaprot's box in the Guild Room.  We purchased 100 of these a few months ago and now have only ten left because they are not being returned.  If this very important part of our outreach service to others is to run smoothly we need to make sure USB sticks are returned promptly.

Church & Halls “Spring” Clean : The Property Committee hope to carry out a "Spring" or should we say “Summer” clean in the Church, halls, kitchen and around the grounds. They will have a skip on site which will allow all organisations the opportunity to tidy out cupboards and in particular the cleaner’s cupboards and attic area. They plan to hold this on Tuesday 14th  August from 7pm. and it always promises to be a night of fun and fellowship. Any help on the night would be much appreciated (please spread the word). All cleaning materials will be supplied.

Thank You from Shonagh : I want to thank everyone so much for helping me and the Fearless Players team to put on such a successful concert, it means so much that we had such a wonderful turn out and everyone was so supportive of our show. I spoke to the whole team afterwards and they were overwhelmed with the good wishes and kind words they received and so our very grateful thanks go to all of the social committee, Alastair for his kind words, David Matthews for his help with the PA, and the entire church family for their unfailing support - I was overwhelmed a bit too!

Since the concert, we have been rehearsing for our first performance of the show in Newcastle's Alphabetti Theatre on July 28th, before we start our run at the Edinburgh Fringe on August 3rd. We have also had some amazing news in the form of The Stage - a UK wide publication that reports on all things musical theatre - because they have published an article featuring their five Edinburgh Fringe critics, who each pick three shows from the programme that they are excited to see. Armour has made The Stage's top pick of shows to watch out for this August and we are thrilled! Here's the link:

For anyone interested in coming to see us at the Fringe, here's the link to buying tickets to our show at Jury's Inn (August 3rd-25th excluding 12th and 19th), just off the Royal Mile:

Tickets are available on the door, however, we only have 40 seats per show so I would recommend buying in advance! Many, many thanks again.   Shonagh.
