Men’s Club Bowling : The Bowling club will meet tomorrow, Monday 25th April at 1.30 p.m. in St Machan’s hall. A warm invitation is extended to all men of the congregation and friends to go along and enjoy an afternoon of fun and fellowship.
Sunday 1st May : Morning Worship will be held in St Machan’s at the usual time of 11a.m.
Lanarkshire Cancer Care Trust : Lanarkshire Cancer Care Trust is an independent local charity that provide Volunteer Drivers to take local cancer patients to hospital appointments, clinics and day-care facilities. The service is primarily for people who have no other financial means of getting to their appointments and who couldn’t cope with hospital transport.
Covid has had a huge impact on all our lives and the Trust is no exception. They are looking for Volunteer Drivers from this area to join them on any midweek day that suits. The drivers give of their time and vehicles free of charge but a rate of 35p per mile expenses is repayed.
