      INTIMATIONS  3rd February

Bible Reading Literature : John Kaprot, our Nurture Convenor, will have some examples of daily readings available this Sunday after the service in the resource centre and the following Sunday in the hall. These examples will allow those who do not currently have any structured guidance, to view the literature available and receive information on how to have them delivered to their home address. Please do take the time to stop and have a look at the available literature on display.

 

Book Club : The Book Club will meet tomorrow, Monday 4th February at 10.30a.m. at 14 Saltire Crescent.  The book being discussed is “Bread, Jam and a Borrowed Pram” by Dot May Dunn.  A warm invitation is extended to anyone interested in reading and a good discussion.

 

Men’s Club Indoor Bowls : The next session of indoor bowls will take place tomorrow afternoon, Monday 21st January at 1.30p.m. in the hall.  A warm invitation is extended to all men to share in an afternoon of fun and fellowship.

 

The Guild :  The next meeting of the Guild will be on Tuesday 5th February at 7.30p.m in the hall.  Crossreach is one of the Guild’s projects this year and Mrs Jane Allan from Crossreach will speak about “Crossreach - Join up the Dots”.

A warm invitation is extended to all to come along to what will be a very interesting and informative evening.

 

Electrical Pat Testing : The annual Pat Testing of all the electrical items in and belonging to the Church will take place this coming Wednesday morning 6th February. Would anyone who has any electrical item at home please ensure it is left in the office by Tuesday evening 5th February.

 

Church Magazine : Would all those who wish to contribute to the March edition of the magazine, please give their contributions to Fay before the 17th of February.  Thanks.

 

Vision Prayer Breakfast : On Saturday morning 23rd February our next Vision Prayer Breakfast will be held in the hall. Breakfast will be served between 9.30 and 10p.m. and this will be followed with a short time of prayer and reflection.
