•   Friday 3rd November – Machan Trust Thank You Coffee Morning : The Trust staff would like to hold a “Thank You Coffee Morning” which will take place on Friday 3rd November from 10a.m. – 12noon. There is no entry charge and a very warm welcome is extended to everyone in our Church Family when the Trust Staff look forward to seeing you there to enjoy a cup of tea/coffee, cake and chat.
Over the last month or so there have been major works carried out to 2 Marshall Street which are used as offices for the Machan Trust. This was required as the property had some serious damp issues resulting in both dry and wet rot being found in several locations. The damp and rot issues have now been treated and a new heating is currently being installed with the property being redecorated throughout.
The Machan Trust is immensely grateful for the upgrading of 2 Marshall Street.  The work is scheduled to be completed by the end of the month and in their own words “ it will be amazing to have heating and newly decorated offices.  We are very excited!!”.

•   Wednesday 8th November – The Girls’ Brigade are holding a Beetle Drive on Wednesday 8th November at 7p.m. in St Machan’s Church Hall to raise funds to subsidise their membership fees. Tickets are £3.00. Tea/coffee and home baking will be provided on the night. Please do come along and enjoy a few hours of fun while supporting the Brigade.
