INTIMATIONS 27th January
Men’s Club : The next meeting of the Men’s Club will take place tomorrow afternoon, Monday 28th January at 2.00p.m. in the hall when George Downie will give a talk on “The Heroes of Rorkes Drift”. A warm invitation is extended to all men to come along and share an interesting afternoon and enjoy some good fellowship.
Musical Extravaganza : Many of you attended the wonderful, fundraising concert in June put on by Shonagh Murray and her theatre group, “Fearless Players”, to help with costs for their Edinburgh Festival debut. To show their appreciation, Shonagh and her friends wish to express their thanks by putting on another show for us, free of charge, with all proceeds, this time, going to the Church Hall Roof fund. The concert, on Saturday 2nd February at 7.00p.m., will be a night of music and song. Tickets priced £5.00, which include refreshments, are now available from any elder. If you didn’t manage to the last concert, you missed a real treat so please do come along and enjoy a wonderful night’s entertainment and give your support to both Shonagh and the Church Hall Roof Fund.
Annual Accounts : Treasurers of organisations are reminded that their audited accounts for 2018 should be in the hands of the Treasurer by Sunday 3rd February at the latest.
