Monday 16th : Men’s Club - The next session of Indoor Bowls will meet tomorrow, Monday 16th Jan. at 1.30p.m. in St Machan’s hall. A Warm invitation is extended to all men of the congregation to come along and enjoy an afternoon of fun and fellowship.
Tuesday 17th : The Guild will meet on Tuesday 17th Jan., at 1.30p.m. in St Machan’s hall when they will be entertained by “The Jubilee Jammers”. A warm invitation is extended to all.
Wednesday 18th : The Wednesday Morning Prayer and Worship Service resumes on Wednesday 18thJanuary.
Prayer Service – 10.15 a.m.
Worship Service – 11.00 a.m.
Sunday 22nd : Morning Worship will be held in St Machan’s Church at the usual time of 11a.m.
Alpha Course : Our Church is running an Alpha Course commencing on Wednesday 1st of February and running for 10 weeks. If you would like to attend, please add your name to the list on the notice board or give your details to Graham Duncan who will be available at the front of the church after the service to answer any questions you may have about the course. All welcome.

An Alpha course returns to our church early next year and ALL ARE WELCOME to attend. We will meet on Wednesday evenings from 7.00 till 8.30pm. The 10 week course will start on 1st of February 2023 and the venue will be confirmed later……depending on numbers.
The sessions cover the basics of the Christian Faith in a simple and straight forward way using videos hosted by Nicky Gumbel, the writer of the Alpha course, who is a very good and engaging speaker.
Being put on the spot is the big anxiety for folk thinking about attending the course. This will NOT HAPPEN, however personal questions and opinions can be given as and when you want ……. or not at all.
It is all about the individual meeting Jesus where they are, in their circumstances and building their personal relationship with him.
The group will consist of different people at different stages in their Christian experience, coming to listen, learn and understand in a relaxing environment….and you get a cup of tea.
