INTIMATIONS 3rd MAY
From the Nurture Team – We now have the next quarterly edition of the booklet “Our Daily Bread”. We hope those who received the previous editions enjoyed the booklet and benefited from the daily short reflections, bible readings and prayers. Copies are free and are available to anyone as you leave Church this morning. Please take one.

Monday 4th May: If you have been attending Church and would like to find out about Church membership, then you are welcome to attend an informal information evening on Monday 4th May at 7.00p.m. in the Session Room in our St Machan’s building. Should you have any questions about the evening or Church membership then please contact Graham Duncan on 07889 007427.
Tuesday 5th May: Coffee Morning ☕️ from 10am to 11.30a.m in Larkhall New – St Machan’s hall. All are welcome. Please come along and enjoy the coffee/tee and of course good fellowship.
Wednesday 6th May:
- Guild: The bus for the Guild Outing will leave from the front of Larkhall New – St Machan’s at 10a.m. prompt.
- Wednesday Morning Prayer and Worship Service. Services are held every Wednesday morning in the small hall in Larkhall New - St Machan’s. A warm invitation is extended to everyone. You will be made most welcome.
Prayer Service – 10.15a.m.
Worship service – 11a.m.
Friday 8th May: Prayer Meeting: Will be held in the small hall of Larkhall New – Chalmers building from 7.30 – 8.30p.m. A very warm invitation is extended to everyone, including your family, friends and neighbours to go along.
Sunday10th May -
- Morning Worship will be at the usual time of 11a.m. and will be held in our Chalmers building.
- Christian Aid: There will be a retiral offering next Sunday 10th May and also the following Sunday 17th May for Christian Aid. Please give Christian Aid your support to help them with their vital humanitarian work.
Advance Notice
Monday 11th May: Contact Café - Contact is our bible study which will return on Monday 11th of May, 7.00 till 8.00pm, in our St Machan’s building. The format is a relaxed café style atmosphere where all can feel comfortable as we find out more about God, Jesus and his plans for us. All are welcome and you can bring a friend as no one will be put on the spot. Hope to see you there.
Friday 15th May: Christian Aid - A Coffee Morning is being held on Friday 15th May in Larkhall New - St Machan’s hall from 10am to 12 noon, to which you are warmly invited. All proceeds will go directly to Christian Aid. Donations of home baking will be greatly appreciated. Please speak to Grace McGhee re baking donations.
Tuesday 26th May: The choir at Dalserf are starting rehearsals for the first Songs of Praise evening following the summer break. The Praise evening will be held on a Sunday evening at the end of September. The choir would like to extend an open invitation to Larkhall New members. No experience is needed and everyone is welcome regardless of singing experience.
The rehearsals will be held on Tuesdays 7.30 to 9.00 pm in Dalserf Church with the starting date Tuesday 26th May. They will stop for the summer holidays on the 23rd June and recommence on Tuesday 18th August. Anyone who is interested in joining the choir for rehearsals, please see Linda Turnbull after the service or email me at fturn48880@aol.com.
