INTIMATIONS 8th MARCH
Monday 9th March: Men’s Club – will meet at the usual time of 2.00.m. in the hall of Larkhall New, St Machan’s building when Jamie Burgess will speak about “Care and Repair”. A Warm invitation is extended to all men of the congregation and friends to come along and enjoy an afternoon of fun and fellowship.
Tuesday 10th March:
- Coffee Morning ☕️from 10am to 11.30a.m in Larkhall New – St Machan’s hall. All are welcome. Please come along and enjoy the coffee/tee and of course good fellowship.
- The Friendship Circle will meet at 1.30p.m. in St Machan’s building hall when they will enjoy a talk entitled “Legally Booked” by our own Margaret McFarlane. A warm invitation is extended to all.
Wednesday 11th March – Wednesday Morning Prayer and Worship Service. Services are held every Wednesday morning in the small hall in Larkhall New - St Machan’s. A warm invitation is extended to everyone. You will be made most welcome.
Prayer Service – 10.15a.m.
Worship service – 11a.m.
Thursday 12th March: Alpha Course
Our Alpha course continues this Thursday in our St Machans building 7.00 till 8.30pm. All are welcome.
Friday 13th March –
- Prayer Course - The Nurture Team is running a Prayer Course which has 8 sessions lasting 1 hour and takes place in our St Machans building at 2pm. The course is based on the Lord’s Prayer which is a route map to praying in general. It is hoped that the course will encourage members of the congregation to think about how they pray and the meaning and benefits of prayer.
- Prayer Meeting: Will be held in the small hall of Larkhall New – Chalmers building from 7.30 – 8.30p.m. A very warm invitation is extended to everyone, including your family, friends and neighbours to go along.
Sunday 15th March:
- Morning Worship will take the form of a Mother’s Day Family Service and will be at the usual time of 11a.m. in Larkhall New – St Machan’s Building.
- Easter Magazine - Could all contributions for the Easter edition of the Church Magazine be given to Robert Hamilton by today. Thank you.
ADVANCE NOTICE – Dates for your Diary
Saturday 21st March: Guild Coffee Morning will take place in our St Machan’s hall from 10a.m. – 12 noon. Tickets priced £3.00 can be obtained from any Guild Member or pay at the door. Please do come along and enjoy a nice cuppa and some lovely home baking.
Wednesday 6th May: The Guild Outing this year will be "A Grand Day Out". Going to the Thistle Centre, Stirling followed by a steak pie lunch and entertainment in Bannockburn. The date is Wednesday, 6th May. Cost £35.00
