INTIMATIONS 15th MARCH
Guild Coffee Morning - Donations of home baking for the coffee morning this coming Saturday from anyone in the congregation will be most welcome and much appreciated. All baking for this event can be brought to the kitchen in our St Machan’s building on Friday evening 20th between 6.30 & 7.00p.m. or Saturday morning between 9.00 and 10.00a.m.
Monday 16th March: Men’s Club - Indoor Bowls will be held at the usual time of 1.30p.m. in the hall of Larkhall New, St Machan’s building. A Warm invitation is extended to all men of the congregation to come along and enjoy an afternoon of fun and fellowship.
Tuesday 17th March :
- Coffee Morning ☕️ from 10am to 11.30a.m in Larkhall New – St Machan’s hall. All are welcome. Please come along and enjoy the coffee/tee and of course good fellowship.
- The Guild will meet at 1.30p.m. in St Machan’s building hall when they will hold their annual AGM. There will also be a talk by local author, Ethel Smith.
Wednesday 18th March – Wednesday Morning Prayer and Worship Service. Services are held every Wednesday morning in the small hall in Larkhall New - St Machan’s. A warm invitation is extended to everyone. You will be made most welcome.
Prayer Service – 10.15a.m.
Worship service – 11a.m.
Thursday 19th March : Alpha Course
Our Alpha course continues this Thursday in our St Machans building 7.00 till 8.30pm. All are welcome.
Friday 20th March –
- Prayer Course - The Nurture Team is running a Prayer Course which has 8 sessions lasting 1 hour and takes place in our St Machans building at 2pm. The course is based on the Lord’s Prayer which is a route map to praying in general. It is hoped that the course will encourage members of the congregation to think about how they pray and the meaning and benefits of prayer. A warm invitation is extended to all.
- Prayer Meeting: Will be held in the small hall of Larkhall New – Chalmers building from 7.30 – 8.30p.m. A very warm invitation is extended to everyone, including your family, friends and neighbours to go along.
Saturday 21st March : Guild Coffee Morning will take place in our St Machan’s hall from 10a.m. – 12 noon. Tickets priced £3.00 can be obtained from any Guild Member or pay at the door. Please do come along and enjoy a nice cuppa and some lovely home baking.
Sunday 22nd March: Morning Worship will be at the usual time of 11a.m. in Larkhall New – St Machan’s Building. The Sacrament of Communion will be celebrated.
ADVANCE NOTICE – Dates for your Diary
Wednesday 6th May : The Guild Outing this year will be "A Grand Day Out". Going to the Thistle Centre, Stirling followed by a steak pie lunch and entertainment in Bannockburn. The date is Wednesday, 6th May. Cost £35.00
