           INTIMATIONS   2nd February 2020

   Book Club – Monday 3rd February : The club will meet at 14 Saltrire Crescent at 10.30a.m. The book being discussed this month is “Small Great Things” by Jodi Picoult. If you enjoy reading and a good discussion, why not come along and join us, you will be made most welcome.

 

   Men’s Club  - Monday 3rd February : The next session of Indoor Bowls will meet tomorrow,  Monday 3rd February at 1.30p.m. in the Church Hall. A Warm invitation is extended to all men of the congregation to come along and enjoy an afternoon of fun and fellowship.

 

The Guild - Tuesday 4th February : The next meeting on the 4th at 7.30p.m. in the hall, will take the form of a “Beetle Drive”. A warm invitation is extended to all to come along and enjoy an evening of fun and some good fellowship.

 

Wednesday Morning Healing Prayer Group and Worship Service : Services are held every Wednesday morning in the small hall. Holy Communion is celebrated on the first Wednesday of the month. A warm invitation is extended to everyone. You will be made most welcome.

Prayer Service – 10.15a.m.

Worship Service – 11.00a.m.

 

St Andrews Hospice Charity Shop : Are seeking volunteers to help out in the St.Andrews Hospice shop in Union Street in Larkhall, (the one next to Greggs) They are specifically looking for mornings or afternoons. 10am-1pm or 1pm-4pm. Your help and support in this is greatly appreciated as it costs £88,000 per week to run St.Andrews Hospice and volunteers are a big help and support for us. If you are able to help. Please refer to the poster on the hall notice board for contact details or call into the shop.

 

Electrical Pat Testing - Thursday 6th February : The annual Pat Testing of all the electrical items in and belonging to the Church will take place on Thursday 6th February from 8.00 a.m. Would anyone who has any electrical item at home please ensure it is left in the office by Wednesday evening 5th February. Would leaders of all organisations ensure any item they may have locked away ensure they are left out.

 

Church MagazineAll contributions for the March edition of the Church Magazine should be given to Fay by Sunday 16th February or earlier if possible.

 

Braehead House Divine Healing Fellowship Lent Lunch : Beginning Friday 28th February for 6 weeks, a soup and bread lunch will be served at 12 noon followed by a time of reflection for Lent at 12.30p.m. for approximately 30 mins. Cost £5.00 per week. A welcome is extended to all. Please note, you will require to book a place each week prior to attending.
