Men’s Club - Bowling : The next meeting of the Men’s Bowling Club will be Monday 8th April at 1.30p.m. in the hall. A warm invitation is extended to all men of the congregation and friends to come along and enjoy an afternoon of fun and good fellowship.
Men’s Club : There will be a committee meeting on Monday 8th April at 7.00p.m. in the Guild Room.
Friendship Circle : The Friendship Circle will meet this coming Tuesday 9th April at 2pm in the Guild Room. Our guest for the afternoon is the Rev Sheila Spence who will be speaking about her time at Kirk O Shotts where she was Minister for 30+ years.
Ten Pin Bowling Evening : The Vision & Mission Committee are organising a Ten Pin Bowling Evening on Friday 12th April at 7.00pm and all are welcome to attend. The event will take place at the Cosmic Bowl at M&D’s in Strathclyde Park. This is a social evening and we have invited the folk from Trinity, Chalmers and the Baptist Churches to share in our evening. The cost is £10.00 if you want to play and nothing if you want to cheer! We would be delighted if you could invite friends and family to attend this fun event. Come and Sing “The Crucifixion” : On Saturday 13th April at Cadzow Parish Church an event is being held when “The Crucifixion” will be sung. Rehearsal begins at 12.30p.m. with the actual concert starting at 3.30p.m. It would be great to have as many singers as possible and we know that Hamilton Presbytery just loves to sing!! There are lots of Church Choirs still out there and their singers will really enjoy coming along. The Crucifixion is a really accessible item of music and well loved by singers and audience/congregations. Cadzow Parish Church is now a music and arts centre, and we are really pleased to have Cadzow's resident director of music as our organist for the day - John Pitcathley.
